All plans include unlimited students. Additional modules range from €7.90 to €18.90 per module per month depending on the plan.
Pricing plans are based on the number of active teachers and affiliate branches. The number of students is always unlimited. If you have multiple branches, the total teacher count is summed across your entire business. For example, two teachers at one branch and ten at another equals 12 active teachers.
Yes. SchoolManage offers a 30-day free trial with full access to the platform. No credit card is required to start, and there is no obligation to continue after the trial period ends.

Generic CRMs track contacts and deals but lack education-specific logic like class scheduling, group hour tracking, teacher payroll, and parent notifications. SchoolManage is purpose-built for educational operations, connecting payments, schedules, payroll, and communication in one live system.
SchoolManage's interface is available in English, Bulgarian, Serbian, Lithuanian, Italian, and Spanish, with additional languages in active development. If you need the software in another language, the SchoolManage team can localize it on request. The system handles student data, communications, and content in any language entered.
SchoolManage has a mobile app for teachers available on both Android and iOS. Apps for students and parents are currently in development. In the meantime, students and parents can access SchoolManage through a fully responsive web interface from any device.

Yes. SchoolManage is operated by SM Soft Ltd., an EU-based company in Bulgaria, fully subject to GDPR. All personal data is encrypted with 128-bit AES, stored in secure cloud infrastructure, and protected by role-based access controls. Data is regularly backed up to prevent loss.
You can download your complete database — including all client information and active training records — at any time. One month after your account is terminated, the database is permanently deleted from SchoolManage servers. Your data is never shared with third parties.
There are no long-term contracts. You pay monthly and use the software for the prepaid period. If you decide to stop, simply don't renew — there is no cancellation penalty. Prepaid amounts are not refunded.
SchoolManage provides three support channels: video tutorials covering all main workflows, direct phone or messaging support (including via Viber and WhatsApp), and one-on-one video conferences with the SchoolManage team. Support is available both during the trial period and after.
